How to register for online access

EMIS Access will allow patients to book and cancel appointments avoiding busy phone lines.

New users will need to apply to use this service first. Patients interested in using this service must first complete a registration form with the practice. You can visit the surgery to complete a registration form or do this via our website. Link is on the home page.

The Practice will allocate the patient a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and other security details. When a patient enters the EMIS Access website for the first time, a registration screen will need to be completed using the registration details you have received. Patients will be asked to choose a password, which will be unique to the patient. It is very important that this password is remembered and not shared with others.

Once registered, patients can select the appointment screen and book a routine appointment with a Doctor or Nurse up to 2 weeks in advance. There is a facility on the appointment screen to enter the reason for the appointment, a brief explanation here will help the practice ensure that appointment slots are used appropriately. You will be asked the reason for your contact so we can ensure that you are dealt with by the most suitable staff member.

Manage or cancel your appointments

Book, manage or cancel your appointments using the NHS App

When appointment slots are available, you can book, change or cancel appointments at your GP surgery using the NHS app, and see details of your upcoming and past appointments.

It is important that any appointments that are no longer needed are cancelled promptly, so that they can be allocated to other patients. Please telephone the surgery on 0207 837 1663 and listen for the option to cancel appointments via the telephone if you do not have online access.

Please do make every effort to cancel your appointment if you no longer require it. This will allow other patients with a greater need to access the appointment instead of it going to waste.

If you miss more than 3 appointments within a 12 month period, you will be asked to register elsewhere. Please do not abuse the appointment system.
